Pre-order tendering is managed by our experienced sales team, who liaise with the company’s engineering and manufacturing resources to offer the customer only the best quality products that conform to specifications, effective solution and superior customer service.
Our Managing Director, liaises and manages all communication between the customer and the company. He assume the responsibility to manage the contract, sourcing, quality control management and ensures that the customer receive the correct product at the right time.
He supervises all the activities and liaises directly with the customer to ensure that everything is as per customer requirements. In addition, he co-ordinates and provides all after sales services that include:
- Service
- Quality assurance
- Maintenance contract
- Technical support
- Documentation
